This private, noncommercial program is operated by George for invited adult family members. It is not operated by a school or endorsed by Canvas. SMS delivery will begin only after carrier approval and completion of delivery setup.

Choose whether to receive texts

SMS is optional. Declining does not affect your access to school information or existing household services. Visiting this website, supplying a phone number, or sending a general inquiry does not enroll you.

Canvas school summaries: two each weekday at 6:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Eastern time (10 per recipient per week). Software failure and recovery alerts: operator only, with frequency varying by events. Longer summaries may use multiple SMS segments. Message and data rates may apply.

Review the Privacy Policy and SMS Terms before agreeing. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help once messaging begins. You can also withdraw consent or ask for help at notifications@georgedk.com.

Enroll by email

Only invited adults may enroll. Send an email from your own email account to notifications@georgedk.com with subject “Household SMS consent.” Include your name, your mobile number and the following affirmative statement. Do not email passwords or student records.

I agree to receive recurring automated SMS from George Household Notifications at the mobile number I provide. I choose Canvas school summaries: two each weekday, 10 per week. Longer messages may use multiple SMS segments. Message and data rates may apply. SMS is optional and does not affect access to school information. I can reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help, or contact notifications@georgedk.com. I have read the Privacy Policy and SMS Terms, version 2026-09-11. I am an adult and authorized to consent for this mobile number.

The operator may additionally choose software failure and recovery alerts by adding: “I also consent to operator-only software failure and recovery alerts. Their frequency varies by events.” These alerts are not offered to other family recipients.

George reviews each request to confirm the invitation, number and authorized information before activating it. Consent emails are retained privately. No SMS is sent merely to ask for consent. A confirmation message will be sent only after valid consent, carrier approval and delivery setup. Unknown senders cannot enroll simply by texting a keyword.
